Peanut Butter Granola Bites

Ingredients
  1. 1/3  cup honey
  2. 1/4  cup natural peanut butter
  3. 2  TBS unsalted butter
  4. 2  cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  5. (optional) 2 TBS flax meal
  6. (optional) 2 TBS flax seeds
  7. 1/4  cup raisins or other dried fruit; or mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In the microwave melt honey, peanut butter, and butter for 30 second intervals on 80% power. Stir between intervals.
  2. Mix in oatmeal, flax meal/seed and raisins.
  3. Drop mixture by the tablespoon into mini paper cupcake or candy liners. Place on a rimmed baking sheet, and freeze until set, about 15 minutes.
  4. To store, refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week.
